Oluchukwu Raymond Okeke is a seasoned professional in the engineering and defense sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Program Manager at Leidos since April 2011, where leadership of the $4.3B Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization program is a key focus. Previously, Oluchukwu held various leadership roles at Leidos, including Vice President and Division Manager overseeing the Power Delivery Services Division, and Vice President of the Substation Section, managing extensive teams and ensuring program oversight and technical leadership. Early career experience includes working as a Substation Design Engineer at Black & Veatch, contributing to substations across a wide voltage range. Oluchukwu holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
