Peggy Burns

Peggy (Margaret C) Burns is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in program management and engineering across leading organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director Program Manager at Leidos since March 2018, Peggy previously held significant roles at Conduent from January 2011 to October 2017 as Chief Engineer and SVP, Transportation, where responsibilities included protecting $3B in annual customer credit card activity and overseeing IT operations for over 100 clients. At Lockheed Martin, from January 1993 to January 2011, Peggy advanced through various leadership positions, including Vice President of Program Assurance, where governance accountability was maintained for over 3,000 contracts worth more than $10B, and Vice President of Engineering, managing a large engineering organization. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, earned between 1974 and 1979.
