Sheryl Hollarn

Sheryl Hollarn is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in leading recruiting and staffing initiatives across various organizations. Since April 2016, Sheryl has served as Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition at Leidos, focusing on the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research. Prior roles include significant positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where Sheryl guided recruitment for multiple business units, and BAE Systems, where responsibilities encompassed the development of recruiting strategies and operational standardization. Sheryl's career also includes earlier roles at MTC Technologies and a commitment to professional development through involvement with the SHRM-Emerald Coast Chapter. Sheryl holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Alabama and attended UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business.
