Benjamin Croft is a Partner at Leigh Day since April 2012, specializing in human rights, national security/terrorism, public law, EU law, and international law. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Solicitor at Birnberg Peirce & Partners from April 2011 to April 2012, focusing on national security/terrorism legislation and appearing before the Special Immigration Appeals Commission and the High Court. Previous roles also include Assistant Solicitor positions at the Immigration Advisory Service and Refugee and Migrant Justice, and a Solicitor role at Halliwells LLP, where Croft gained experience in commercial litigation. Educational background includes an LLB in Law with French Law from University College London, a Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in York, and a Masters in European Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin.
