Martin Sailer

Martin Sailer has extensive experience in management and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Leister International AG since April 2024, Martin previously held the position of Commercial Director at Maagtechnic AG from September 2017 to April 2024. Prior roles include Country Manager and Sales & Marketing Director for Gunnebo in Switzerland, where management of two sales branches was key. At Hilti Group from 1999 to 2014, Martin progressed through multiple roles, including Regional Marketing Director for the Energy & Industry division and Head of the Oil & Gas Offshore team. Additional experience includes consultancy at iC consulenten ZT GesmbH and internships at Maculan and Hofman & Maculan. Martin holds an MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees and a Dipl. Ing. in Civil Engineering from Technische Universität Wien.
