Mallory Stratton

Mallory Stratton is an experienced marketing and alumni relations professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Leisure Care since May 2022. In this role, Mallory leads go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns for senior housing communities. Prior to Leisure Care, Mallory held various positions at Ursinus College, including Director and Associate Director of Alumni Relations, where responsibilities included strategic leadership for alumni programs and successful fundraising initiatives. Additional experience includes program management at Multiplying Good, oversight of collegiate chapters for Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity, and roles in student engagement at the University of Maine. Mallory holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Maine.
