Jordi William Carnes

Jordi William Carnes has an extensive and diverse work experience. Jordi William began their career in 1995 as the Head of the Cabinet at the Diputacio de barcelona. Jordi William then held positions such as Director General and Conseller Agricultura at Generalitat de Catalunya from 2004 to 2006. Carnes also served as an MP at Parlament de Catalunya in 2006. Starting from 2007, they worked at Barcelona City Council, first as a Councillor and later as Deputy Mayor Budget and Economic Promotion. In 2012, they became the President of Ctecno and also worked as a consultant at Grupo DAORJE. Carnes served as CEO at Tourism Barcelona from 2014 onwards. In 2017, they became the President at LEITAT Technological Center. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Mentor at Terraquo Foods.

Jordi William Carnes attended Universitat de Barcelona from 1977 to 1983, where they obtained a degree in philology germanics. Jordi William later pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Esade in 2000-2001 and completed a Pade degree at IESE Business School in 2011-2012.
