Christian Firsching

Christian Firsching is an experienced engineering professional with a background in mechanical engineering and design. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Leitner-Poma Of America since January 2018, Christian has contributed to the design of parts and fixtures for chairlifts and gondolas, along with hydraulic systems for braking and rope tension. Christian also holds the position of Design Engineer at Mohawk Valley Knitting Machinery Co. since March 2017. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at Leitner-Poma Of America and Electrical Technician, where responsibilities included building and testing industrial control cabinets and assisting in field installations. Christian's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College-Hartford and research experience on hydrocarbon combustion.
