Joel Matek

Joel Matek has a robust background in design and management within the steel and construction industries. Currently serving as Design Manager at LeJeune Steel Company since January 2023, Joel previously held the position of CAD Supervisor at Grunau Company from May 1996 to December 2022. Earlier in their career, Joel was a football player for the Racine Raiders in 1997 and 1998, and worked as a Puller/Loader at UPS from October 1995 to August 1996. Joel earned an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Greenfield between 1994 and 1996 and has also completed training at Dale Carnegie.
