Rajani Pandrangi has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rajani started their career with Nortel Networks in 1982, where they worked as a Member of Scientific Staff, focusing on network administration and software development. Rajani then moved to Siemens Communications Inc. in 1985 as a Senior Member of Technical Staff. Rajani joined Nortel Networks again in 1986 and worked there until 1991, this time as a Member of Scientific Staff.

In 1991, they joined stc as an Expert in Switching Design, staying there until 1993. Rajani then joined Motorola Solutions in 1993 as the Director of Network Engineering. During their tenure, they provided leadership and governance for a staff of over 20 associates in various departments. Rajani continued working at Motorola until 2013 when the WiMAX part of the business was sold to NewNet.

From 2013 to 2014, Rajani worked as the General Manager of Business Development and Sales at PACIFIC CONTROLS. Their responsibilities included providing colocation and cloud services at the Jebel Ali Data Center.

Rajani then joined Sutherland Global Services in 2014 as a Vice President, where they focused on driving down costs, increasing revenues, and enhancing customer experience through BPM and business transformation solutions.

In 2017, Rajani joined HGS as a Senior Vice President, where they played a vital role in providing business and digital transformation solutions to increase organizational efficiency and productivity.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Managing Consultant at RPA Plus Consulting, an independent consultancy focused on enterprise transformation and automation.

Currently, Rajani is working at Lekha Wireless Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as the Director of Software Development, Partnering & Presales. Their responsibilities include leading software design and development of Lekha's EMS and OAM aspects of 4G and 5G O-RAN, with a special focus on self-configuration, self-optimization, and MDT. Rajani also addresses presales and partner development.

Rajani Pandrangi has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa. Industrial Communication: Industrial-IOT network require a reliability, data privacy. We provide scalable network in licensed band with reliability comparable to wired network
