Olaf Gockel

Olaf Gockel is the current Sales Director at Lekkerland. Olaf has held this position since October 2019. Prior to their current role, Olaf served as the Commercial Director (ad interim) at Farm Dairy from April 2019 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the commercial department and coordinating between Sales, Sales support, R&D, Operations and Finance. Olaf was also responsible for realizing the 2020 - 2023 strategy plan and the capability development program.

Before joining Farm Dairy, Olaf served as a board member for Hilversumsche Mixed Hockey Club from November 2014 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the Business plan HMHC, Sponsor committee, Facilities (sites & buildings), Event committee, Business relationship with foundation De Bult, Food & Beverages (catering business and outsourcing of catering services; Clubhouse usage and compliance with environmental and other regulations; Goudhockey; Youth committee of hockey club.

Olaf also has experience working in the private label sector as they served as Commercial Director at FrieslandCampina from September 2008 to March 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Group Manager at Henkel from September 2006 to August 2008.

Olaf Gockel reports to Freek Van Beek, General Director. They work with John van den Berg - Director Operations, Rob Claassens - Director of Purchasing & Category Management, and Peter Steeghs - Director Finance.
