David Tillotson

David Tillotson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and business law. Currently serving as a Partner at Leland, Parachini, Steinberg, Matzger & Melnick LLP since April 2017, David previously held the same title at Flynn Riley Bailey & Pasek from December 2012 to April 2017, and at Leland Parachini Steinberg Matzger & Melnick from January 2011 to December 2012. Prior to these roles, David was a Partner at Janin Morgan & Brenner from 1998 to 2010 and worked as an Attorney at Flynn & Stewart from December 1990 to January 1998. David earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1990 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
