Katie Ostberg

Katie Ostberg is a professional with a strong background in strategy and entrepreneurship. Currently serving in a Growth Strategy role at Leland since June 2025, Katie previously worked as a Real Estate Entrepreneur at Winnow from March 2024 to May 2025. Prior to this, Katie held the position of Senior Strategy Analyst at Alterra Mountain Company from March 2022 to February 2024, where the company operates the Ikon Pass and owns 16 ski resorts. Earlier experience includes roles at Accenture from June 2019 to March 2022, starting as a Summer Analyst and progressing to Senior Consulting Analyst, focusing on advanced automation in the aerospace and defense sector. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Systems and a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering, both from Stanford University.
