Nicholas van Slooten

Nicholas Van Slooten is a professional with a diverse background in growth strategies and operational leadership. Currently serving in a growth role at Leland since April 2024, Nicholas previously co-founded and held the position of COO at Relay from August 2021 to March 2024. Nicholas also completed an internship as an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in summer 2021 and gained experience as an Impact Investing Analyst during an internship at University Impact from January 2020 to February 2021. Additionally, Nicholas was the President of the Impact Investing Association at the BYU Ballard Center while studying part-time from November 2019 to December 2020. Nicholas holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese from Brigham Young University.
