Giel Bronder is a Continuous Improvement Specialist Operations at Lely since June 2021, with a robust background in operational excellence and process improvement. Prior experience includes roles as Bedrijfspiket functionaris, Improvement Coordinator, and Lean Coach at Aluminium & Chemie Rotterdam BV from September 2017 to June 2021, as well as a Quality Engineer at Senior Aerospace Bosman in early 2017. Giel began career development in operational roles as an Operational Excellence Assistant at Aluchemie and has also engaged in various internships focusing on process optimization and internal communication. Giel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2016.
