Kevin Scott

Kevin Scott is an experienced operations management professional with a strong background in customer service and departmental leadership. Currently serving as the Call and Service Center Manager at LEM Products since April 2021, Kevin previously held the position of Assistant Operations Manager - Customization at West Chester Protective Gear from August 2017 to September 2020, where Kevin was instrumental in establishing a high visibility customization department. Prior to that role, Kevin spent over a decade at Cornerstone Careers, overseeing various operational aspects, including personalization, shipping, and warehouse customer service, while collaborating with multiple departments to achieve operational goals. Kevin holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati.
