Charles Poirier

Charles Poirier has extensive experience in the field of human resources and compensation and benefits. Charles'smost recent role was as the Global Head of Total Reward & HRIS at LEM since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Somfy Group for 10 years, starting in 2011. At Somfy Group, they held various positions including Global Head of C&B/HRIS, Global Human Resources Business Partner Finance/IT/Legal, and Group Compensation & Benefits Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams, implementing compensation and benefits programs, and overseeing HR processes and reporting. Before joining Somfy Group, Charles worked at Bausch & Lomb and FCI, gaining experience as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist and Corporate Compensation & HRIS Analyst, respectively.

Charles Poirier attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued a DESS GRH (Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Spécialisées in Gestion Ressources Humaines or Human Resources Management).
