Guillaume Lacheray

Guillaume LACHERAY is an experienced industrial engineer with a strong background in project management and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as an Industrialization project team Engineer at LEM since December 2018, Guillaume has previously held the role of Chef de Projet at Adduxi from January 2010 to November 2018, where expertise in production engineering and continuous improvement was developed. Guillaume began the professional journey in the field as an Ingénieur projets during a final study internship at Coverpla, focusing on new packaging development. Additionally, early experience includes a 2nd-year internship as a Technicien Régleur at Rohm and Haas, specializing in injection molding methods. Guillaume holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Polymer/Plastic Engineering from ISPA Institut Supérieur de Plasturgie d'Alençon, obtained in 2009.
