Siarhei Akulionak

Siarhei Akulionak serves as the Group Head of Software Development at LEM since February 2021, previously holding the role of Software Engineering Manager in Industry R&D. Prior experience includes over a decade at Volvo Group Trucks Technology, where responsibilities encompassed technical leadership in body ECU development, full product lifecycle management, and SW quality assurance training, along with safety management under ISO26262 standards. Siarhei's earlier roles include Embedded Systems Engineer positions at ADENEO and Alplog, focusing on safety-critical firmware development and home automation systems, respectively. Siarhei began a career as an HW/SW Engineer at SECCOM and contributed to VHDL design at the Telecommunication Technology Research Lab. Siarhei holds an Engineer degree in Automatic Control Systems from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, earned between 1997 and 2002.
