Alexandre Lavaux

Alexandre Lavau is a seasoned professional in the luxury fashion industry with extensive experience in commercial and merchandising roles. Currently serving as the Commercial & Merchandising Director at LEMAIRE since March 2024, Alexandre previously held the position of Collection & Commercial Director at PATOU from January 2019 to February 2024, managing a team of 20 across multiple departments. Prior to that, Alexandre was the Managing Partner at Victoire Fashion Agency from April 2015 to December 2018, specializing in brand development and digital strategy for luxury brands. Additional experience includes leading the Menswear Department at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP and roles at Printemps as a Menswear Buyer and Buyer Assistant. Alexandre began a career in beauty at L'Oreal as a Junior Product Manager and has a Master's degree in Management & Marketing from EDHEC Business School.
