Laetitia Mergui

Laetitia Mergui has extensive experience in the fashion industry, holding various leadership positions. Laetitia is currently the CEO of LEMAIRE since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Managing Director APAC at Chloé from 2018 to 2022, overseeing retail, wholesale, and travel retail sales in the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Chloé, Laetitia was the CEO Asia & Middle-East at The Kooples from 2017 to 2018. Laetitia also worked at Balmain as the CEO of Pierre Balmain Accessories, responsible for design, sourcing, and global wholesale distribution. In addition, they served as the COO Asia and Board Member at Balmain, supporting the Global CEO in building the APAC business. Laetitia started their career as a lawyer, working at Gide Loyrette Nouel, King & Wood Mallesons, and Clifford Chance.

Laetitia Mergui began their education by completing their Baccalaureat with Honours at Lycée Janson-de-Sailly, ending in 1998. Laetitia then attended Paris-Pantheon-Assas University from 1999 to 2004, where they focused on International Private Law, leading to a degree in the same field. In 2004, Laetitia Mergui pursued their MSc in International Management and Business Law at HEC Paris, completing it in 2005.
