Kurt D. Dyer

Kurt D. Dyer, MSc, is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and strategic development within the construction and related sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, since September 2018, Kurt previously held the titles of CEO at Dyer Strategy Group and Chief Business Development Officer at Panton Equity Partners. Notable achievements include leading the establishment of a new deal pipeline for corporate acquisitions and guiding governmental relationships in the Caribbean to enhance market presence. Additionally, Kurt has successfully directed mergers and acquisitions, notably forming the largest multicultural minority-owned advertising and PR firm in the United States. Kurt's extensive experience includes roles in business development and financial analysis in the construction industry, supported by advanced degrees in Construction Management from Florida International University.
