Rodrigo Guerrero

Rodrigo Guerrero is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Project Field Engineer at Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, since September 2017, Rodrigo demonstrates strong leadership and project oversight skills. Prior to this role, Rodrigo contributed to the hospitality sector at Acqualina Resort and Spa on the Beach from March 2013 to September 2017. Early career experience includes serving as a Project Team Assistant at Warrior Multi-Trade SA from January 2001 to December 2003, where interactions with architects, engineers, and project managers were key responsibilities. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor's degree in Building/Construction Site Management from Florida International University and an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Miami Dade College, along with foundational education from Universidad Ricardo Palma and Franklin Delano Roosevelt American High School in Peru.
