Pramwidya Novia

Pramwidya Novia's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Most recently, they served as the Head of Pre-departure Training Subdivision at LPDP Kementerian Keuangan RI, where they managed awardee candidates and prepared them for graduate studies. In this role, they successfully secured LoA for 88% of the candidates from renowned universities around the world.

Prior to that, Pramwidya worked as the Head of Functional Jobs Development and Performance Management Subdivision at Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. They were responsible for calculating behavioral assessments and maintaining quality of KPIs within the organization. They also handled personnel planning in functional positions.

Pramwidya has also worked as a Career Coach at RevoU, helping students in the field of Data Analytics prepare for career transitions. At Visecoach, they served as a Coach, assisting individuals with career development, career decisions, and competency development. Additionally, they guided people in preparing for studying abroad.

Furthermore, Pramwidya has held roles such as Member in UQ Leadhers at UQ Idea Hub, Australia Awards Scholarships Awardee at Australia Awards, and a part of the Culture and Learning Journey Team at Telkomsel.

They have also gained experience in Human Resources, with positions such as a member of the Human Resources Transformation Team at The University of Queensland, a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at Citi, and a Counselor at Jakarta State Polytechnic where they provided counseling and career consultancy for students with special needs and assisted in creating art therapy programs.

Pramwidya Novia completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia in 2014. In 2016, they attended the KDI School of Public Policy and Management for a Global Development Learning Network - Public Private Partnership program. From 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The University of Queensland. In terms of certifications, Pramwidya obtained various qualifications such as Certified Human Resource Management Professional in 2022, Workplace Counseling Training in 2021, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in 2020, Mental Health First Aider in 2019, Certified Professional Talent Management in 2017, Sertifikat Auditor Pertama in 2017, and Assessment Center Assessor Certification in 2016.
