Yoan Odelia

Yoan Odelia has extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan since April 2019, Yoan has previously held roles including Partnership Intern at Ruangguru, where assistance was provided in partnership agreements and sales placements. Involvement with the Management Student Society (MSS) at the University of Indonesia included positions as Managing Executive and Strategic Leader, focusing on cost management and the development of future leaders. Additionally, experience includes roles in event management, such as Vice Director of Legal and Administration for The 39th Jazz Goes To Campus and General Secretary for UI Fashion Week.
