NUR SYAZWANI is a skilled professional with a diverse background in change management, digitalization, and engineering. Currently serving as a Change Management & Digitalisation Executive at Lembaga Zakat Selangor (MAIS) since July 2022, NUR SYAZWANI previously held positions as a Communication Executive at ProEight and an Executive at Metropolitan Corridor Sdn Bhd. Earlier experience includes roles as a QC Engineer at Power Metal Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd and a variety of administrative and operational positions at RISDA Ventures Sdn Bhd and RISDA Holdings Sdn Bhd. NUR SYAZWANI began a career as a Project/Mechanical Engineer at Maser Marine Engineering. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at Asia e University, NUR SYAZWANI holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from the University of Malaya.
