LeMessurier
Nathan Nickerson is a Structural Designer at LeMessurier since January 2021, previously serving as a Structural Intern. Experience includes working as a Machinist at the Nanoscale Thermal Transport Lab, where Nathan contributed to laboratory research by creating testing devices and equipment modifications. Nathan held a Technical Operations Intern position at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, focusing on the design and validation of injection-molded plastic parts for in vitro testing systems. Experience as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Solid Mechanics Laboratory involved developing testing procedures and fabricating lab apparatus. Additionally, Nathan's internship at the Iowa State University Center for Nondestructive Evaluation focused on structural analysis of materials. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Art History from the University of Rochester.
