Diana Odungide is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support and social media management. Currently serving as the Customer Support Team Lead and previously as a Customer Support Specialist at LemFi since August 2022, Diana has also contributed to the Life Uncharted Podcast as a Social Media Manager since July 2021, focusing on content strategy and engagement. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Sentics Customer Care Ltd, where professional customer service was provided remotely, and as a Mind Aider at Engineeringforkidsnigeria, facilitating cognitive development for children. Additionally, Diana managed programs for a summer camp at The Slate Center for a brief period in 2021. Diana holds a BSc in Physiology from Babcock University, earned in 2019.
