Chloe Franklin

Chloe Franklin is a Program Manager at LEMOINE Program Services, where they lead teams in large-scale construction projects, managing budgets up to $1.3 billion. With over four years of experience in project/program management and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chloe has successfully overseen numerous projects, including a $381 million airport terminal and parking garage. Prior to their current role, they gained valuable experience as a co-op at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, and served as a project management intern at Stone Building Company. Chloe is passionate about driving efficiency, safety, and quality throughout the construction process.
