Rafael Zanardo Nascimento

Rafael Zanardo Nascimento has a diverse and impressive work experience. Rafael currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at Lemon Energia, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from April 2018 to October 2022. Rafael also gained experience as an MBA Summer Intern at Amazon in July and August 2017. Before that, Rafael worked at Seadrill as a Performance Toolpusher (Offshore Operations Supervisor) from February 2014 to October 2016. Rafael successfully coordinated drilling activities, supervised teams, and secured important contracts. Rafael also took a sabbatical from August 2012 to November 2013, during which they traveled extensively across several countries. Rafael started their career at Petrobras, where they held the positions of Drilling Superintendent and Drilling Supervisor from August 2009 to August 2012. Additionally, Rafael worked as an intern in the Energy Sector Strategy at Siemens in 2009.

Rafael Zanardo Nascimento holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD, which was completed in 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Graduate Course in Petroleum Engineering with a focus on Drilling and Completion at Petrobras Corporate University, from 2009 to 2010. Rafael also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Physics degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from UFSCar - Alumni, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have a certification in Petroleum Engineering with a focus on well engineering from Petrobras Corporate University, obtained in 2009.
