Lemon Grove School District
Matt Sheelen, M. Ed., serves as the Assistant Principal and Instructional Coach at Lemon Grove School District since August 2023. With extensive experience in education, Matt has held multiple roles at High Tech High since July 2015, including Adjunct Faculty, Math Instructional Coach, and Intern & Induction Program Manager. As a co-founder of Cornerstone Improv, Matt has also contributed to various artistic and educational organizations, including Revolution Prep, San Diego Junior Theatre, The Young Storytellers Foundation, Story Pirates, and ACLE. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from High Tech High Graduate School of Education, complemented by a B.S. in Theatre from Northwestern University.
