Andrew Bondar has worked in customer success and dispute resolution roles for two companies. Andrew began their career at Uvoteam in 2009, where they held the positions of Dispute Department Manager and Dispute Resolution Specialist. Andrew then moved to Lemon.io, where they currently serve as a Customer Success Manager.

Andrew Bondar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Kyiv National Linguistics University between 2007 and 2011. Andrew then went on to earn a Master's degree in the same field from the same university between 2011 and 2012. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Negotiation Practices For Managers from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Customer Success Advanced from Sales Impact Academy.
