Nataliia Stasiuk

Nataliia Stasiuk has worked in the recruitment and education fields for the past three years. From 2019 to 2022, they were an English Tutor at RIST. In 2022, they joined Lemon.io as a Junior TA Recruiter, where they were responsible for hiring and onboarding vetted developers for the Lemon.io community, building trusted relations with them. Her duties included screening profiles, conducting screening calls, forming the candidates' database, cooperating with technical interviewers, and participating in community events and offline meetups with European developers. Nataliia was later promoted to Middle TA Recruiter.

Nataliia Stasiuk is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Ukrainian Catholic University, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, in December 2021, Nataliia obtained a certification in HR in IT from the Lviv IT School.
