Senior Business Developer (DACH, Northern and Eastern Europe) at Lemonway

Ludovic Ciannarella has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2002, they started as a Business Development Manager at AirPlus International, where they successfully scaled the business and operations in France. Ludovic then became the Country Manager for France and achieved significant growth, winning major clients. In 2008, they joined Banco Santander as the Managing Director of Santander AirPlus.

In 2010, Ludovic returned to AirPlus International, this time as the Head of Global Sales and Account Management. Ludovic later became the Global Business Director, overseeing strategic initiatives. From 2016 to 2019, Ludovic served as the Program Director dine+go, where they spearheaded the implementation of an innovative payment solution for restaurants.

In 2019, they joined Wunder Mobility as the Director of Business Development, contributing to the company's growth and success. Ludovic then founded their own company, B2B Sales Engine, in 2020, which helped mid-sized companies achieve revenue growth by providing customized strategies and execution plans.

Ludovic also took on the role of Strategic Advisor at T40 Technologies in 2020. Currently, they are working at Lemonway as the Senior Business Developer for DACH, Northern and Eastern Europe.

Ludovic Ciannarella has a diverse education history. In 1987, they began their studies at EM Strasbourg Business School, where they pursued a degree in Grande Ecole de Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Sales. Ludovic successfully completed their degree in 1991.

Ludovic has supplemented their academic background with a series of executive sessions and specialized courses. In 2008, they attended an executive session at INSEAD on Managing Partnerships and Strategic Alliances. In 2012, they participated in an executive session at Columbia Business School, focusing on High Impact Leadership. The following year, in 2013, they attended another executive session at IMD, focusing on Orchestrating Winning Performance in Singapore. In 2014, they attended an executive session at INSEAD, this time focusing on Finance for Executives.

Continuing to expand their knowledge and skills, Ludovic attended a Strategic and Conceptual Selling course at Miller Heiman in 2015 and completed a course on Leading Digital Business Transformation at IMD in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Ludovic obtained a certification in Développer son intelligence émotionnelle from LinkedIn in June 2022.
