Rébecca Tekpor, CAMS

Rébecca Tekpor has an extensive work experience in the financial industry, specializing in compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) roles. Their most recent position is as the Head of Financial Security at LEMONWAY, where they are currently employed. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at PRAXIDIS Executive Search from 2018 onwards. Preceding that, Rébecca held the role of Senior Compliance Officer at HSBC from October 2017 to January 2021. Rébecca also worked as a Senior Compliance Officer at GROUPAMA GAN VIE from December 2014 to September 2017. Rébecca has experience in regulatory compliance as well, having served as a Regulatory Compliance Officer at Société Générale from February 2011 to November 2014. Before that, they held the position of Anti Money Laundering Officer at Société Générale Insurance from January 2009 to January 2011. Rébecca also worked as an AML Officer at CIC Iberbanco from April 2008 to December 2008, and as an AML/KYC Officer at Banque SBA from September 2007 to March 2008.

Rébecca Tekpor, CAMS, has a strong educational background in the fields of finance, compliance, and economics. Rébecca started their education journey in 2003 at the EM Strasbourg Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Comptabilité et finance in 2006. In the following year, they pursued further studies at the University of Strasbourg, completing a Master 2 (M2) in Sécurité financière / Compliance Officer. Additionally, in 2005-2006, they participated in an Erasmus program at the Universidad de Alcalá, focusing on Economics.

Rébecca Tekpor has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2016, they received the AMF certification from Bärchen, and most recently in May 2020, they obtained the CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) Certification from ACAMS. These additional certifications demonstrate their commitment to staying current with industry standards and best practices in the fields of finance and compliance.
