Emma Rougraff

Emma Rougraff currently serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Lemonade, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Emma worked at Lemonade from 2021 to 2023 as the Strategic Initiatives Lead in Customer Operations and as a Senior Operations Analyst. Emma's earlier experience includes four years at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where roles included Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant within the Corporate Strategy & Research group, providing strategic advice and driving transformative changes for the Executive Leadership Team. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Cornell Engineering and a high school diploma from Montclair Kimberley Academy.
