Shlomi Dagan

Shlomi Dagan is an experienced product operations leader, currently serving as the Director of Product Operations at Lemonade since November 2020, where responsibilities include optimizing product and R&D team efficiencies and managing the product OKR and planning process. Prior to Lemonade, Shlomi held multiple roles at WeWork, including Product Manager and Head of Operations in the Billing & Payment Technology Department, focusing on payment initiatives, process management, and strategic alignment. Shlomi's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Teva Pharmaceuticals, leading cross-functional projects, and serving in various roles in HR shared services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and a Master of Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University, specializing in Marketing, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
