Capucine Cotteau

Capucine Cotteau is currently working as a Business Developer at Lemonaid Beverages GmbH, where Capucine is responsible for a range of 4 organic iced teas and 4 lemonades. Prior to this, Capucine worked as a Chef de projet R&D at Mix Buffet and also held roles as Chargée de mission qualité clients and Assistante Qualité Clients. Capucine has previous experience as an Assistante R&D/Qualité at PAM SAS and as a Stagiaire en R&D at Auckland University of Technology. Capucine holds a Master's degree in Agroalimentaire from Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Agroalimentaire de Bretagne atlantique (ESIAB) and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Université de Tours.
