Alex Wade

Alex Wade has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2021 to the present, they have served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lemongrass, a software-enabled services provider. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2021, they worked at HCL AXON as the EMEA Recruitment Manager, specializing in IT enabled business transformation. They also held the position of Recruitment Manager at Axon Global Plc from 2006 to 2010.
