Jake Echanove

Jake Echanove has extensive work experience in various roles related to solution architecture, systems engineering, and cloud architecture. Jake started their career at Captaris in 2001 as an IT Support Specialist and later became a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist. In 2005, they joined Captaris, Inc as a System Administrator. Jake then worked at Sierra Southwest Cooperative Services, Inc as a System Administrator III and SAP Basis Administrator. From 2011 to 2012, they served as an SAP Infrastructure Consultant at GOPA IT Consultants, Inc. In 2012, they joined Virtustream as an SAP Basis Manager, where they led multiple SAP proof of concept projects. Jake later became the Director of Systems Engineering at Virtustream and then the Senior Director of Systems Engineering for the Americas. In 2014, they briefly worked at SAP as the Director of Cloud Architecture and Solution Advisory. In 2015, they returned to Virtustream as a Senior Solutions Architect. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Lemongrass Consulting Ltd as the Senior Vice President of Solution Architecture.

Jake Echanove's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) from the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006. Jake then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management at the same university from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended the University of Arizona from 1993 to 1996. In 2008 and 2009, they studied SAP Basis at SAP America. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, such as AWS Certified: SAP on AWS - Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2022, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from AWS in March 2021, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2020, among others.
