Lynn Sowar has extensive work experience in the field of delivery practice and management. Lynn is currently employed as the Senior Vice President and Delivery Practice Lead at Lemongrass. Prior to that, they held various roles at Accenture, including Solutioning & Contract Alignment Lead, Global Opportunity Excellence Lead, North America Opportunity Quality & Commercial Risk Management Lead, North America Portfolio Lead, North America Operations and Shared Services Lead, North America Service Delivery Lead, North America Service Introduction Lead, and North America Delivery Center Lead. Lynn also served in different positions at NCR Corporation and Champion International Corporation. Their responsibilities have included strategic guidance, risk management, relationship building, project management, and overseeing multiple client engagements. Lynn has a strong expertise in infrastructure outsourcing, technology, and SAP services.

Lynn Sowar studied Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) at the University of Dayton. Lynn also obtained certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate from Pink Elephant. Additionally, they completed the Cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Academy from Accenture.
