Prateek Tare

Prateek Tare is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global delivery and operations management. As the Director of Global Delivery Centers and Global Implement Factory Lead at Lemongrass since May 2021, Prateek has demonstrated leadership in managing delivery operations. Prior to this role, Prateek served as Chief Delivery Officer and Vice President of Operations at Fluxkon Technologies from December 2012 to May 2021, showcasing expertise in operational excellence. Additionally, Prateek acted as Strategy Head & Business Advisor at Weattach Technologies from March 2018 to May 2019 and worked as an SAP Consultant in the private sector from December 2009 to November 2012. Educationally, Prateek holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from TRUBA Institute of Engineering and Information Technology, complemented by foundational education at Rajeev Gandhi Hr. Sec. School in Bhopal.
