Marco Antonio Orellana Nunes

Marco Antonio Orellana Nunes currently serves as the Head of Legal at Lemontech, where responsibilities include leading, managing, and ensuring accountability within the legal team. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Legal Project Manager, focusing on strategic communication with stakeholders, and as an Associate Business Consultant, contributing to business development and contract advisory for a leading Legaltech firm in LATAM. Marco has served on the Public Affairs and Legislative Committee for Altech - Asociación de Legaltech de Chile, managing legislative matters and institutional relationships. Previous positions include Legal Counsel at Fleischmann y Román Abogados, specializing in real estate and corporate law, and the Ministry of Economy, Fomento y Turismo de Chile, providing legal counsel to cooperatives and consumer associations. Initial professional experience began as a Corporate Paralegal at Megeve Investments and as a Research Assistant in Economic Administrative Law. Marco holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
