Josefine Ericsson has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Josefine worked as a Saleswoman at Akademibokhandeln, where they gained experience in customer service, store management, and teamwork. In 2015, they served as a Secretary at A-sektionen inom Teknologkåren vid Lunds Tekniska Högskola, where they were responsible for maintaining official documents and collaborated closely with the board president. In 2017, they worked as a Student journalist at Lund University, creating content and articles and managing social media during the sustainability week. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Transaction Analyst at CLC-gruppen, analyzing invoices and developing data handling processes using ERP systems. Josefine then joined Adwisit AB in 2019 as a Test Automation Developer, where they contributed to developing automated test cases and RPA solutions using Robot Framework and Python. Their role also involved improving internal knowledge sharing. In 2020, they joined DBI Provider AB as a Technical Consultant, providing technical expertise and support. Most recently, they started working at Lemontree in 2021 as a Technical Consultant.

Josefine Ericsson completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University between 2014 and 2018. In 2016, they briefly attended Emily Carr University of Art and Design to further their studies in Industrial and Product Design. Prior to that, in 2013, they pursued a course in Creative Writing at Södertörn University.
