Grace Niland

Grace Niland is a human resources professional with over fifteen years of experience in the field. Grace currently serves as a board member at Le Moyne College.

Prior to their current position, Grace Niland was with Pratt & Whitney from December 2019 to June 2021 as Human Resources for Military Engines. Before that, they were with UTC Building & Industrial Systems from January 2014 to March 2016 as Senior Manager of Human Resources. There they were a team-oriented HR leader who collaborated with Operations & Engineering Senior Executive Leadership Team to align business and HR strategic initiatives. Grace Niland has also been with Otis Elevator Company as Senior Manager of Human Resources from April 2016 to November 2016 and Manager of Human Resources from May 2011 to December 2013.

Grace Niland began their career in human resources as Manager of Human Resources for UTC Power, a United Technologies Company, from January 2008 to April 2011. Grace then became Manager of Human Resources for Hamilton Sundstrand, also a United Technologies Company, from January 2005 to December 2008.

Throughout their career, Grace Niland has demonstrated their ability to develop relationships and collaborate effectively with senior leadership teams. Grace is a strategic thinker who is able to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Grace Niland is a proven leader in the field of human resources with a track record of success in recruiting, coaching, and developing employees.

Grace Niland's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Le Moyne College. Grace then pursued a Certificate in the Emerging Leaders Program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration in Management from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
