Michelle Tracy Jevis

Michelle Tracy Jevis, PHR, is the President and Owner of C.R. Fletcher Associates, Inc., a full-service staffing and recruiting agency established in June 2002, which focuses on creating successful outcomes for customers and candidates nationwide. In addition to this role, Michelle serves as the Director of Human Resources and Staffing at Le Moyne College since September 2018 and was a Board of Regents member at the same institution in 2010. Previous positions include Vice President of the Executive Board at Bryant & Stratton College and various adjunct instructor roles at Le Moyne College and the CNY SHRM Board of Directors. Michelle holds an MBA in Business and a BS in Human Resources and Psychology from Le Moyne College.
