Nicole Davis

Nicole Davis is a skilled professional in human resources and talent acquisition with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Talent and Engagement Partner at Le Moyne College since February 2022, Nicole previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same institution. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at Cadaret, Grant & Co., Inc. and as a Human Resources & Benefits Administrator for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse. Nicole began her career at Wegmans Food Markets, where roles as a Customer Service Sales Representative were held concurrently, alongside a marketing internship with Onondaga County. Academically, Nicole is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Leadership at Le Moyne College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the same institution.
