Patricia Gagliano is currently a board member at Le Moyne College. Patricia has previously worked as the Director of IT Project Management at Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) from April 2013 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for creating and leading a new IT PMO, which included hiring and leading 15 FTE / contract program managers, project managers, Agile-Scrum masters (on / offshore), while also managing a portfolio of 50 projects annually.
Prior to their role at ADMI, Patricia served as Manager, IT PMO from January 2016 – January 2017. During their time at ADMI, they were responsible for managing all non-technical business operations for IT, including leading all PMO strategic planning, finance and contract management, communications, process enhancement, IT project governance, project management methodologies, quarterly / annual planning, and IT operational support. Additionally, they oversaw a massive ERP implementation project with a budget of $15M+.
Patricia has been instrumental in driving business growth and supporting the CTO through strategic planning & execution, financial tracking, and controlling spend. Patricia is a thought leader in cost management and has established continuous IT business operations improvement initiatives for the company. Patricia is currently overseeing the implementation of Workday solution enterprise-wide.
Patricia Gagliano has a Master of Library & Information Science (M.L.I.S.) from Syracuse University as well as a Master of Science (MS) in Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering. Her undergraduate degrees are in Business Administration and Economics from Le Moyne College. Patricia also has a certification in Technology Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
