Josephine Davies

Josephine Davies has extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Josephine is currently the Operations Director at Lendable, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, Josephine worked at Vanquis Bank for several years, where they held various managerial roles. These include being the Senior Customer Operations Manager from October 2020 to December 2022 and the Head of Collections Operations from September 2018 to October 2020. Josephine also served as the Head of New Business from August 2015 to September 2018 and as the Head of Customer Service from July 2010 to August 2015, where they achieved significant milestones such as implementing automation of online correspondence and establishing a First Line Complaints resolution team. Before joining Vanquis Bank, Josephine had roles at Barclays and Sitel. At Barclays, they were a Premier Account Manager from 1999 to 2001, while at Sitel, they were a Manager from October 1996 to 1998.

Josephine Davies attended The University of Manchester from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
