Tom Q.

Tom Q. is an experienced professional in customer acquisition and data analytics, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Acquisition at LENDM SOLUTIONS since June 2025. Tom has been a Managing Partner at Atlas DataWork since March 2020 and previously held the position of Vice President, Head of Data and Decision Science at MCI from June 2024 to May 2025. Prior to that, Tom worked at Koch Industries from January 2021 to June 2024 as a Senior Advisory Leader in Global People Analytics & Market Intelligence and also as a Data Analytics Leader in the same department. Tom's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Data Analytics at Onex from July 2018 to January 2021. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science (Magna Cum Laude) in Economics from George Mason University and a Master of Science (M.S.) with a dual focus in Applied Mathematics and Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from East Carolina University.
